What is Tree Agate?
Tree Agate is made up of Chalcedony and Quartz with a beautiful green and white pattern. It's also known as a dendrite agate, coming from the Greek word for tree-like. It's spidery, branch like pattern certainly resembles tree branches. The greenish color is actually impurities in the forms or either iron or manganese. Tree agate has a soft lush color that reminds one of nature and the forest.
